Each year, we conduct a Customer Satisfaction Index survey (NKI) to better understand how you, as a customer, experience our services. This year’s survey has now been sent out, please check your inbox if you have been randomly selected to participate. The survey is sent to customers in Sweden, so if you work in Sweden, you might be included in the selection.
The survey is distributed by the organization Mistat AB, which specializes in conducting NKI surveys.
