Claims

New procedure effective from 2024 regarding claims.

  1. Please contact us immediately in case of a claim by emailing claims@axel-larsson.se.
  2. Fill out the claims form below, which must always be attached to the products when returning them. Attach the form to the outside of the packaging so that we can easily identify the return when it arrives at our warehouse.
  3. In cases where Axel Larsson is to be charged for return shipping, the transportation must be carried out using our freight agreement number as specified on the claims form.
  4. Once we have received the products, the claim will be processed, and we will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.

If we do not receive the claimed product within 30 days from the initiation of the claim, we will need to close the claim.

 

Warranty

Please contact us immediately when invoking a warranty, by phone at +46 10 455 97 00 or via email at sales@axel-larsson.se. Never return products without first contacting us. Terms according to Teknikföretagen's General Delivery Terms NL09. When invoking a warranty, we always make an assessment in cooperation with our suppliers.
