Standardized tests and quality controls

To ensure the highest possible reliability and quality, we always carry out thorough tests on all valve packages before delivery. Our standard tests include the following elements:

Quick Closing Functional Test

Each valve package undergoes a test where we verify that the quick close function meets the specified closing time. This ensures that the valve reacts correctly and according to set requirements.

Controlling and setting the eldon

All electric actuators are tested and configured before delivery. We ensure that function and performance comply with the customer's order and technical specifications.

PS2 Positions and Positioners

We adjust and test all PS2 mode switches to ensure accurate feedback and positioning. The actuator is carefully calibrated according to the desired settings, providing reliable control and monitoring in operation.

Flow Meter

Flow meters are set and checked to ensure correct meter readings and function according to the requirement specification.

Customized tests on request

Material Safety PMI Test

To ensure that the right materials are used in the right place, we offer Positive Material Identification (PMI) tests, a fast and reliable method for verifying the chemical composition of metals and alloys. The test is crucial to meet requirements such as corrosion and heat resistance, as well as to minimize operational disruptions and safety risks.

Lifetime test

If the customer so wishes, we offer lifetime tests where the valve is tested through a specified number of opening and closing cycles. This test is carried out to assess the valve's durability and function over time, which provides a receipt of the product's long-term quality.
